Price and procedure concerning Baixing decoration
A: Entrusted decoration at fixed price: budget with the price dearly marked; main materials supplied by client, 8% as management fee.
B: management-fee-only decoration: 8% of budget as management fee.

Price for Economical standard: 458yuan/㎡
Price for Ordinary standard: 588yuan/㎡
Price for Standard standard: 698yuan/㎡
Price for Luxury standard: 898yuan/㎡

Calculated by usable floor area and furniture priced at real consumption
D: project supervision: Working 40 yuan per㎡as supervision fee for the team delivered by us.
E:5% of budget will provide for the owner of "Jiangnan chunxiao"and seeond phase of "Jincang Culture".
1.In accordance with client's requirement and related architectural plate figure, we issue floor plan.
2.We release complete decoration drawings and budget:15yuan per ㎡ for elevation, 5 yuan per ㎡ budget calculated by construction area.
3.After signing the design agreement, we deliver our staff to your house measuring and submit plane figure within following 3 days. After confirmation of plain drawing, we supply decoration drawings induding strategy of plane arrangement, plane arrangement of ceiling, elevation drawing, nodal drawing and electric applaiance drawing. Client accepts the design and he pays the dign fee. If color effect drawing is required, the price is 280 yuan per page at A4 paper.
2.Client's suggestion is accepted. The budget report is not made until the drawing satisfy the Client after discussion with designer and the adjustment.
5.If we are entrusted to take the construction on a project for which the owner of house has paid the design fee, we will refund 50% of that fee to the owner(started from Jan.2002)
6.Provisions for payment: 1.40% of project fund should be paid thereafter the contract is signed. 2.when carpenters began their works, 35% of project fund should be paid. 3.when printers start the work, 20% of project fund should be paid. 4.The money left should be pay off within 3 days after the project was finished and approved.
